As a strategic brand marketer, he brings extensive global marketing, go-to-market and operational expertise, driving his passion for unlocking growth opportunities. His foray into medical cannabis stems from personal insights into the patient journey.

Her GSK background includes senior OTC commercial roles and a decade in global business development. Having first engaged in medical cannabis four years ago, Frances then served as Chief Commercial Officer for a UK-based company, overseeing the development of its growing facility and first product launches. She actively contributes to the Cannabis Industry Council and is the author of its paper on medical cannabis and driving.
